The Zion Fitness Center is the place where Faith and Fitness meet. Conveniently located on the campus of the New Psalmist Baptist Church, Zion Fitness allows you to grow spiritually and physically in one visit.

When You Arrive at the Church for classes or the Gym
After downloading the GymFlow App and completing your registration or payment, please show your active Line Dancing booking, Gym Subscription, or 1-Day Pass to the building attendant when you enter the building.The attendant will then direct or escort you to the gym or the line dancing class area.
