I’m a Community Engagement Coordinator with Maryland Physicians Care for Baltimore City. We are in the process of starting a new program to assist those in the community with their medicaid application whose insurance has lapsed within the last 120 days. We could also assist those who are currently up for renewal as well. However, they must be current or former Maryland Physicians Care members. This year a lot of people are having their insurance cut off and we want to help. The only thing is we need a location that we may set up a table to help those in need. It can be a small meeting room that holds about 20 people. We are looking to come out once a week for a few hours. Do you have a room we could use to be of resource to the community? I appreciate anything you can do.
