My children and I lost our home in October due to an eviction. We are currently staying with my mom in a one-bedroom apartment. On Friday I was approved for my own place however the leasing office said I needed to pay $1829 for my security deposit that is due today and $1400 for my first month’s rent for a move in date of May 2.
