Hello NPBC family I am reaching out because I recently lost my job as an office assistant due to the federal job cuts that affected local government offices, since then I have been on unemployment for support. I understand that everyone including govt workers and the professionally laid off workers are enduring through joblessness and support services being impacted (myself included). But I am reaching out for prayer I am requesting a prayer for those who worked in the government or a career/professional role that
they will be able to survive and that God will comfort them in these times. I also pray that doors will be opened for those laid off and seeking assistance and opportunities will be in the process of being created whether with another private employer or with an idea/business that’s been on their minds. I ask that you pray for me to find a career or find a job within my strengths and passions and I need intercession because though I am holding on to God’s unchanging hand. I am steadfast in moving forward but I am uncertain whether employers would hire me for available opportunities. There is a creeping sense of doubt that I will be in this situation for a long time until things tide over Please pray for me to build strength and confidence and to be optimistic about how far I have come far since starting working in warehouses to working in admin/clerical roles. Pray that I am grateful for the road God has led me on. If So if God has decided that working from other people is not of the way he wants me to go. I need confirmation whether I would eventually rely on my skills and strenghts and work freelance capacity. Please pray that opprortunity will be available to me and I would find work that would satifsify and make me fulfilled in my role. I trust God but I need to trust him entirely so I am asking for someone to intercede and ask before the lord to make me whole again because I feel like this joblessness will continue for a long time. God bless whomever prays for me and I wish them continued uninterrupted blessings and favor upon them. Thank you for your intercession.
