Lily Field, like Abram, responded to God’s call to go and do something new so others might be blessed. She allowed God to use her nursing skills and her natural nurturing abilities to be a blessing in the lives of children so that they might become disciples of Jesus Christ. What talents, abilities, skills, and gifts, are you willing to allow God to use so that the Gospel of Jesus Christ may be spread, and disciples made in some new places?
Prayer: Dear God, give me the willingness and boldness to step outside of my comfort zone and be open to use all my experiences, talents, skills, gifts, and abilities to make disciples and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Please show me those individuals that are unreached in my community, workplace and family and show me new places that I may go to do your will. In Jesus name, amen.
