When you sign up for this fitness center you do not only gain a membership but a family of brothers and sisters to help you along your journey. Shrimp Breading
2 cups of flour
1.25 cups of Bread Crumbs (Panko) Japanese Style
1.25 cups of Cornstarch
1 tablespoon of Old Bay Seasoning
Dash of PepperSeasoning for Shrimp
Dash of Sugar
Dash Salt and Pepper
Dash Lemon JuiceSpinach and Chopped Romaine Salad
Fresh Romaine chopped, Baby Spinach Leaves
Fresh Cherry Tomatos
Shredded Carrots
Red Onion Sliced
Mandarin Oranges
Cucumbers
Quiche
8 eggs
1 quart of heavy cream
3 cups of fresh spinach cooked down to make one cup
3 slices of any kind of deli turkey breast.
1 Pie shell (pre-made pie shell)
1 ounce Shredded CheddarDirections
1. Whip together the eggs and the cream to make a custard.
2. Bake the pie shell on oven for about 5 minutes or until the edges start to turn light golden brown.
3. Remove pie shell from oven and let rest.
4. Saute spinach in butter until it cooks down to half the original amount.
5.Slice turkey meat into thin strips.
6. Add turkey strips and spinach to the pie shell, then pour the custard mixture in as well.
7. Add you desired amount of cheese and salt & pepper.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30mins or until the custard has set and is not movable.

Sautéed Shrimp with Sautéed Spinach
Ingredients:
2 pans
Shrimp
Spinach leaves
Boursin Cheese
ButterSteps:
1. Sauté shrimp with butter in hot pan
2. Using butter, sweat your onions in a pan. While onions are sweating, make sure the shrimp are not getting over caramelized.
3. Watch your flame and heat while cooking.
4. Add spinach to the onions
5. Add boursin cheese to your spinach
6. Turn Flam down on your spinach
